Pixaset Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pixaset, including its website, tools, cloud storage features, and related services ("Services"). By using Pixaset, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Pixaset provides creative tools for pixel art editing, image processing, asset management, and related workflows. You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Pixaset, including images, videos, projects, palettes, and other creative assets ("User Content").

By uploading content, you grant Pixaset a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Use the Services to infringe intellectual property rights.

5. Storage and Limits

Pixaset may impose storage, upload, export, or bandwidth limits depending on your account type. These limits may change over time as the platform evolves.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment or subscription access. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Refunds are provided only where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Pixaset, including its branding, interface, software, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law.

8. Service Availability

Pixaset is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of uploaded content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixaset and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated or if use of the platform creates legal, operational, or security risks.

11. Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by the Pixaset Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Pixaset after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
